I'm a consultant turned operator. I started out at L.E.K., then spent a decade in-house helping media and tech businesses grow, at dmg media, Tortoise, Multiverse and Jack and Jill AI. These days I'm doing it for Which?.

What I'm really interested in is getting big companies to move like startups. To make decisions faster and adapt to AI. This is where I write about how that's going.

I live in South London, have a young daughter and at the weekends I'm playing sport as much as I can.
